Reality, is that dancing will change your lifestyle and creates such positive changes releiving stress in your life, that it is encouraged by many.

It reminds me that the reasons why I teach isn’t just for people to learn 2 steps, but rather to help change people’s lives in a positive way.
I’ve actually been called Dr. Gil a few times, because of my desire to help. But quite frankly, I would rather be able to look back on my life and see just how many people we’ve all helped than look to see all the material things that we’ve gained.
