Space Details and Types of Events
Access Ballroom Dance Studio space can be rented out for a birthday, baby shower, anniversary, baptism, photo shoot, audition, workshop, book signing, small wedding, CD launch or even cocktail parties. Our space is 2000 sq ft and can hold up to 200 people standing or 150 seated. It is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Call or email us for a quote.

If requested, a variety of additional items can be provided along with your space rental at some additional cost. The examples include:
- Tables and chairs;
- Table cloths and chair covers
- Sound system with speakers
- Air conditioning
- Wifi for your guests
- Party lights
- Party decorations
- Kitchen space (including a fridge, stove, oven, etc.)
- Food/catering arrangements
- Alcohol (For a special occasion alcohol permit for your event, click here to apply online.)
- Party staff and/or entertainment (professional dancers, animators etc...).

If you require the space to be decorated, our in-house decorator, Jeanette Robinson will work with you to make your event look spectacular and to your liking.
