What is Zumba?
Zumba is a fitness program that was originally created by a dancer from Colombia Alberto “Beto” Perez in the 90s. In fact, it is essentially a dance-based workout that incorporates dance and aerobic moves to such music styles as hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Check out our Soundcloud for some of these tunes.
Furthermore, Zumba is easy to follow and has moves that create a one of a kind fitness experience that will simply amaze you. Additionally, every step helps you tone your muscles and get an excellent cardio exercise. Interestingly, if you have joint problems like injuries, arthritis or recovering from surgery, then this will actually help you.
Zumba is the workout that will have you laughing, singing and enjoying yourself and all at the same time.
See you there!
