When?

The Zumba Classes in Toronto will start on Saturday, February 1, 2020, and will be every Saturday at 11 am.

The location is Access Ballroom – at 1463 Gerard St. East, 2nd floor, Toronto, ON. (Entrance and parking area is in the back).

What is the Cost and How To Register?

The cost for the 2020 Winter Semester (Feb. 01-May 30) is only $300 plus tax (15 weeks = 15 classes).

The 2020 Summer Semester (Jun 6-Aug 29) is $260 plus tax (13 weeks = 13 classes).

The 2020 Fall Semester (Sept 05-Dec 22) is only $300 plus tax (15 weeks = 15 classes).

And the cost for the 2020 Full Year is (15% off) (Jan. 18-Dec 22) is only $731 (43 weeks = 43 classes)

What to Wear?

What to wear to the Zumba class? First of all, make sure you are comfortable and it is easy for you to move. For example, leggings, shorts, sweatpants, sports tops, t-shirts, etc. are all good choices. In terms of shoes, running shoes or sneakers or something similar are your best bet. It is a requirement to bring an extra pair of indoor clean shoes to help us keep the dance floor clean. Also, bring lots of water, as it is about to get hot despite the air conditioning!

What is Zumba?

Zumba is a fitness program that was originally created by a dancer from Colombia Alberto “Beto” Perez in the 90s. In fact, it is essentially a dance-based workout that incorporates dance and aerobic moves to such music styles as hip-hopsoca, samba, salsa, merengue, and mambo. Furthermore, Zumba is easy to follow and has moves that create a one of a kind fitness experience that will simply amaze you. Additionally, every step helps you tone your muscles and get an excellent cardio exercise. Interestingly, if you have joint problems like injuries, arthritis or recovering from surgery, then this will actually help you.

Zumba is the workout that will have you laughing, singing and enjoying yourself and all at the same time.
